Why some men are effiminate but not Gay?

The culprit is the brain, our brain wiring is responsible for who ever we are one day, if we are homo or hetero. It seems that in the study about brain wiring it was found that men who are gay and effeminate are programmed to be that way because it has been wired already how they are suppose to act and what will be their preferences they grow up.

In the study it is not a matter of choice anymore or social or environmental factor that is responsible for a men to be gay or effeminate. A gay who has a female preferences have a brain wiring the same of that of a female. Eight weeks after the conception, the brain wiring will start.

There are two parts in our brain who are responsible of our references, first one, is the hypothalamus which is called the mating center and the behavioral center of our brain. If there are enough supply of testosterone is the mating center, man would find a female partner but if not, man would prefer a male partner. If there is not enough supply of testosterone in the behavioral center, man will become effeminate and if there is the right amount, maleness behavior will prevail.

Some man are gay and prefer man as their partner but you cannot see in their behavior because of the enough supply of testosterone in the behavioral center of the brain. and likewise, some effeminate prefer female partner because they only lack testosterone on the behavioral center of the brain.

Science would say that these conditions could be altered through injecting the enough testosterone (at the right time) in the baby while still in the womb.

Make a Personal Stand: Speak For Yourself

How many among us can make a personal stand on what we believed in, on what we are standing for, and on what we are fighting for without others influencing, persuading, supporting us in our personal ideas, beliefs and perspectives of things?

Sometimes, we say the right answer because this right answer is what the questioner is looking and asking for you. When you are being observed, well I guess it is really the right thing to do, to give what he is asking.  But the test is, can you oppose a strong idea which everybody finds favor with and you are the only one in the room who disagrees? what would you do?
If you were asked to cite your stand in the certain idea, speak but do it with respect. You don’t always have to agree with the ideas and consensus of many, it is always better to make your own stand base on your own choice and people will respect you for that. It is never necessary to explain your stand.

Sometimes, we confidently say words because we are confident enough that we know it and we are right and we confidently  trust those people who imparted the knowledge for us. But what we do not know also is that the more we believe them the more our confidence in our ideas diminish. We are likely to borrow the ideas of others than trusting and generating our own idea. It is not good to always oppose the ideas of others, we can find agreements to some but let us also learn to create, generate and trust our own ideas and try to present it to the world. Don’t worry of accepting and rejecting. Remember that each of us has always to make a choice and choose one according to his standard of thinking.

Always make a personal stand whether you agree or disagree. Speak for yourself not in behalf of the others.

But one thing to bear in mind “Respect the ideas of others as you want them to respect yours.”

Teacher Bangs the Faculty

The faculty was banged with the  revealing statement of one of the teachers about one of the faculty members who was caught watching a  gay porn site during work hours which was supposed to be spent in planning instructions and doing school related works and members of the educative community was surprised that such action was done inside the faculty room.

Obviously, it was mentioned that it was a gay porn site so the viewer must probably be a gay faculty and it can easily be detected and be known to everybody who he was and he can be one of those who are suspected of harassing and taking advantage to the students of the school.

Ethics should not only be in the heads of teachers nor only be the class in the context of teaching instructions but ethics should always be in the context of role modeling and giving exemplars to people.

The power of the hands

Just lately I got so intimidated with this book entitled “the definitive book of body language” that I luckily downloaded in the internet for free. I’m not yet done reading it but I’m on my way half-page of the book. I got so interested with the part  involving the language of the hands and palm. It is said in the book that all written and observed were based on research.

What I want to share is the palm down, palm-up. and pointing finger. How will you be gaining and using power over people with the use of your palm. Well, I guess before I came to know all of these I was already using the hand power position unconsciously.

1. Palm-up

The non-threatening position of the hands. when you call somebody, use the palm-up position so that you may convey to the other people that you are non-threatening being. This is a more friendly way of pointing to other people. You can also use this hand position when you want to call the attention of others. The brain automatically reads the position as non-threatening.

2. Palm-down

This signifies authority. when you use this one, your are conveying to the other person that you are more superior and you are in authority. If you are really in authority, you may use this palm position to call attention or to command. This position is commonly use by commanders. Base on research, It was found out that it really impacts the persons when you want to convey authority.

3. finger pointing

Never use this one. I tell you. Even a baby knows what it mean. A very demeaning and threatening way of subjecting other people.
